Off-Site Fabrication

At C&D Access, we operate an 8000 sq ft facility dedicated to carbon and stainless-steel welding and fabrication. With a maximum capacity of 4 tonnes and dimensions up to 12 x 4 x 4 meters, we can deliver large-scale, high-quality projects efficiently.

Our facilities also include specialist areas for surface preparation and coating, where controlled environmental conditions are maintained throughout every stage of the process.

On-Site Fabrication

We provide a comprehensive range of on-site fabrication services tailored to client needs, including:

Pipework fabrication and installation
Mechanical equipment installation
Pipe supports and secondary steelwork
Structural steelwork fabrication and erection
Decommissioning projects
Storage tank repairs (EN 14015, API 653)

Welding Expertise & Qualifications

High-quality welding demands skilled professionals and rigorous standards. At C&D Access, we:

Perform welder examinations in accordance with ISO 9606 and ASME IX.
Develop and qualify welding procedures tailored to both general and asset-specific requirements, meeting ISO 15614 standards.
Operate under a fully implemented ISO 3834-2 quality system, certified to ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 for EXC2.
