C&D Access have over 8000 sq ft dedicated to carbon and stainless steel welding fabrication with a maximum capacity of 4 tonnes and 12 x 4 x 4 meters.
 
Our facilities include areas for surface preparation and coating, ensuring environmental conditions are maintained throughout the process.

• Pipe supports and secondary steelwork

• Structural steelwork fabrication and erection

• Decommissioning

• Storage tank floor repair

• Storage tank repair as per EN 14015 and API 650

Welding qualification

​

Qualified welders and operators are essential for high-quality welds. We perform examination of welders according to ISO 9606 and ASME IX. 

​

Our experience in material selection and welding processes enable us to develop both general and asset specific welding procedures, that we qualify to ISO 15614. 

​

Welding is a special process, which requires the coordination of welding operations in order to establish confidence in welding fabrication and reliable performance in service. The tasks and responsibilities of personnel involved in welding-related activities should be clearly defined. 

​

To ensure that quality is maintained throughout our welding activities, C&D Access have implemented a ISO 3834-2 quality system and have gained certification in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 for EXC2.
